This degree will teach you a lot about how to manage people in an organisation. You will learn about how to find and hire the right people, how to pay them well, and how to use them to achieve the organisation's goals.

Structure and content


This degree is part of the business suite at one of our partner institutions. This is the first year that all of the institutions have the same course content.


If you take the business suite of courses, you'll have a lot of flexibility in what you learn. You're not required to stay in a specific area, and you can change your course of study after your first year.

Entry requirement

The standard offer is 96 UCAS tariff points from three A Levels, such as BCC.


Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications are accepted and will be reviewed upon individual basis


As an alternative, we requests:


  • Irish Certificate of Exit: BBCCC.
  • Scots who are higher: BBCCC.
  • Extended BTEC Level 3 Diploma: DMM in a subject related to business.
  • Diploma from the International Baccalaureate 24 points.


Candidates require to have at least 3 GCSEs, including English and math, with a grade of C or higher. 


If English is not your first language, you will require you to demonstrate a certificate of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.0 (Academic level) or an equivalent English Language qualification.

We also welcome students above the age of 21+  with proven evidence of relevant work experience to apply.
