The course was designed with the help of employers from the healthcare sector. They helped us to understand what skills employers are most interested in, and the course is constantly updated to include these skills. You'll also get help from experienced lecturers.


There are lots of NHS hospitals in London, as well as private hospitals. This means that you have a lot of choice when it comes to getting healthcare.


When you graduate, you will have a good understanding of how different factors, like health and social conditions, affect each other. This will help you find good jobs that use these skills, and maybe even start your own business.

Structure and content


This course will help you develop the skills you need to work in a health and social care setting, whether you're working in a home or abroad. Today's health and social care organizations are very different, so you need to be able to think about problems and solutions in a variety of ways.


This course will give you opportunities to use real-life cases to learn how to deal with different types of situations.

Entry requirement

The standard offer is 96 UCAS tariff points from three A Levels, such as BCC.


Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications are accepted and will be reviewed upon individual basis


As an alternative, we requests:


  • Irish Certificate of Exit: BBCCC.
  • Scots who are higher: BBCCC.
  • Extended BTEC Level 3 Diploma: DMM in a subject related to business.
  • Diploma from the International Baccalaureate 24 points.


Candidates require to have at least 3 GCSEs, including English and math, with a grade of C or higher. 


If English is not your first language, you will require you to demonstrate a certificate of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.0 (Academic level) or an equivalent English Language qualification.


Age above 21+ ?


We also welcome students above the age of 21+  with proven evidence of relevant work experience to apply.
